Want to upgrade to 10.7 (with an existing BootCamp install)
(too old to reply)

Greetings all

Amy experience here upgrading 10.6 - 10.7 with an extant Windows install
on Bootcamp?

Reached the point where the investment in the Windows side running 7 is
greater than OSX - but the kids want a working mac....

My concern is whether the upgrade to 10.7 will hose Bootcamp.

It's all backed up - but restoring it will be ugly

Thanks

It worked for me with no problems, and I'd guess the lack of replies
means that it worked for many others with no problems as well.

That said, 10.8 is due out 'real soon now' at less than the current
cost of 10.7 … so it may be worthwhile waiting for that.

Thanks for responding

I take your point about the upgrade to 10.8 but have decided to let a
working PC continue working perfectly (the lack of responses suggested
that perhaps it hadn't been done too often)

Cheers
